The Ball
Looking for a great night out? Enjoy a dinner and all the dancing you can handle at this year's Mardi Gras Ball, Basin Street Blues! This special evening will be an opportunity to celebrate with those in our community who share the same vision and heart for youth. All proceeds will go to My Friend’s House to make it possible for the youth to have further opportunities and improve their quality of life.
Our 8th Annual Mardi Gras Ball 2012 was a great success! So, let the good times roll and come out for another evening of fun, dinner, dancing and entertainment. Also, do not miss the opportunity to be a part of the royalty for this evening. You have a chance to become a King, Queen, Duke or Duchess for an evening.
The Royal Court
Nominations
You nominate your King or Queen for the 2013 Mardi Gras Royal Court. This is a unique opportunity to get your friends, community, businesses, or workplace involved! Just imagine a co-worker (or even your boss!) presiding over the 2013 Mardi Gras Ball as our King or Queen. We encourage you to have a look around at the current nominees! Don't see your nominee yet? Bidding
With our unique bidding system, nominees battle each other to see who can raise the most donations for My Friend's House. The top male and female are crowned King and Queen! Everything is handled online through this site. Each bid is a one-time donation non-refundable to My Friend's House (no minimum amount required). Bidding ends at the conclusion of the Krewe Party.
